Basic Function
Act as an information hub for the park, being knowledgeable on ticket prices, current specials, upcoming events, and locations of amenities within the park, delivering excellent Guest Service.
Specific Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, always ready to assist guests with any park-related inquiries.
Upsell current offers, ensuring Guests have the opportunity to obtain the best deals and take advantage of all the park has to offer.
Assist team members with distribution of complementary tickets.
Rectify transaction errors.
Evaluate abilities of Guests and assist them with participation of Rides and Attractions.
Actively listen to Guest comments, with on-the-spot recovery and resolution, escalating as necessary.
Responsible for the Lost & Found program.
Responsible for the wheelchair rental program.
Provide appropriate weather-related Guest recovery.
Thank Guests for visiting, encourage them to return and create a lasting impression.
Maintain cleanliness within an area of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to read, write and speak in English and understand operations manuals.
Must be comfortable communicating with all demographics of Guests, including those with concerns, comments and complaints.
Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
