Deals with customer needs as first point of contact Strives for excellent customer service delivery Is responsible for key accounts / customers Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services Have ownership & responsibility to deliver sales objectives on volume and retail execution.Be formulating and executing our strategic plan to ensure you reach maximum volume, profitability and customer service. You’ll be engaging and leading your cross functional partners across, Category, Sales, Customer Service, & Planning, to meet internal targets and customer objectives.Provide key insights and data on our retail products to internal and external partners to ensure we are approaching the business from a data centric point of view.Provide insights that help with product flow and forecasting to help manage inventory and ensure we are keeping product in stock at Walmart Stores.Lead customer engagement and have direct relationship responsibility for Walmart replenishment manager.Experience working in consumer goods productsMicrosoft Office (Teams, excel, power point), Power Bi, & SAPBenefits
Bachelors 'degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience At least 1 year experience in a consumer product environment; intern and/co-op experience will be considered. Ability to influence others and demonstrated strong leadership skills Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel
