Court Intake Clerk.

Spherion Staffing is hiring a court intake clerk for a company in Fort Myers. This is a temporary opportunity. This position will assist with scanning and processing case information into the system.
Responsibilities:
-Scan all paper documents into the Case Manager System
-Accept and complete electronic documents filed through the portal ...

-New Case Creation
-Processing work from assigned queues, updating Case Manager System with accurate information
-Issuing certified documents to outside agencies
-Identify various case filings and accurately updating Case Manager System
-Respond to Agency, Customers, and Courts Department inquires in a prompt and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
-Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively with other employees, agencies and customers
-Assist with special projects as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail required
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
-Effective interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and professional demeanor are required
-Use tact in sensitive situations, maintain confidentiality of restricted files, and maintain a courteous attitude at all times
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-One year of administrative experience
-Data entry and typing skills
