Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Promotional Delivery Customer Service Representative. As a Promotional Delivery Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving to customer locations to deliver a care package and pricing. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive to customer locations to speak with apartment complex managers.
Duties:
- Communicate with property managers in-person to address inquiries, provide information, and drop off care packages.
- Ask a few basic questions regarding the customers' needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate visits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well alone without supervision
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in using a computer/printer
