Spherion is looking for a Coupa Application Analyst for a global cancer research client headquartered in Madison, WI. This temp-to-hire, full-time, W2 opportunity is anticipated to result in permanent hire in Q1 2025. Hourly rate/salary is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Must be able to travel to an onsite office in Redwood City, CA, Cambridge, MA, or Madison, WI (preferred).

The Coupa Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Coupa and SAP applications for the Source-to-Pay functionality. The ideal candidate will have expertise and experience in implementing Coupa, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of S2P business processes. You will be expected to apply your knowledge of best practices, processes, and configuration of Coupa and work collaboratively with business teams, IT teams, and 3rd party support partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low-complexity applications using established processes and procedures
• Estimating and assessing the impact of requested changes to assigned business systems and/or platforms
• Guiding workflow design, configuring and testing system changes, and analyzing technical issues
• Developing new processes/procedures by partnering with leadership and business teams
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, health care, or related industry
• Coupa Administration Certification
• Experience working with the following Coupa modules: P2P (Core), Coupa Pay, Sourcing, CLMA, Risk & Performance Management (SIM), Contingent Workforce, Spend Guard, Analytics and the Open Business Network
• Experience with SAP configuration and processes in MM, PP, FI-AP, and other modules related to S2P processes
• Expert knowledge of Source-to-Pay business processes
• Experience with full cycle implementation of Coupa with SAP S/4 HANA integrations
