Form of workZimmer Communications in Columbia, Missouri is looking for a Country Music Program Director to lead our teams for Clear 99 (KCLR), and 94.3 KAT Country (KATI).
Chart the course of our brands and craft the sound, look, and feel across multiple platforms. Partner with team to grow ratings and revenue.
The ideal candidate would embody our company's core values (listed below), is a raving fan of country music, shares our deep passion for the power of radio, is a wizard at solving problems, understands how to communicate with different personalities, can create and execute a vision for future success, and is a service-based leader.
Other skills include the ability to coach air talent, music scheduling, planning/ organization, goal setting/ tracking, and is self-motivated.
