Responsibilities:May include:
- Maintain the parts showroom, keep showroom stocked and clean
- Greet and assist customers in person with product selection and/or technical questions
- Answer incoming calls, take and process customer orders
- Address and resolve customer issues on a timely basis
- Work with outside sales staff as necessary to communicate sales leads
- Assist warehouse with pulling and staging orders for delivery as needed
- Make hot shot deliveries as needed
- Participate in training and continuously learn about products and services in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior industry experience preferred
Requirements:
- Maintain valid driver’s license
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force when moving heavy product
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Schedule
- Typical workdays are Monday-Friday

- May travel occasionally to customer sites, training events, company related meetings, etc. – estimated 20%
