Counter Sales Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and selling a wide range of HVAC products.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone regarding product details, pricing, and special orders.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Support store cleanliness and product presentation standards.
Counter Sales Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as order pulling and shelf stocking.
