We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Person. As a Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations at our dealership. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
- Verify will-call and backorder parts daily.
- Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Participate in all training programs that are made available.
- Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Must be adaptable to assist multiple customers at one time.
Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants will have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills with an ability to multitask.

- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry.
