Position: Counter Sales

Job Description:

Orr Nissan of Hot Springs is looking for a counter sales representative to provide the highest level of customer service to our wholesale customers in their designated area. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for providing information about our products, answering questions, and selling merchandise.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level of customer service to wholesale customers in designated area.
• Sell Orr Nissan of Hot Springs products by providing high quality information about products, answering questions, and selling merchandise.
• Provide accurate sales information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting information about orders placed, deliveries made and backorders. Provide solutions for any issues that may arise during the sale or after the sale such as product recalls, damaged product, customer complaints etc.
• Maintain strict compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to sales policies, inventory control, customer service policies etc.
• Contribute to the success of the Orr Nissan of Hot Springs by doing your best and staying focused on your primary job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
