Counter Clerk

```Job Overview```

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Clerk to join our team. As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

```Duties```

- Greet customers and provide them with information about products and services

- Assist customers in locating merchandise and making product selections

- Ability to count bolts, nuts and fasteners with accuracy

- Maintain a clean and organized counter area

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

```Experience```

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes

- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
