Our outpatient orthopedic center in Lawton is seeking a licensed COTA to provide quality patient care. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.
This position is working mostly with Hand Therapy patients. Experience in Hand Therapy is required. Best practices and evidence-based programs are utilized for individualized patient care. You will work closely with a CHT. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical, and non-operative to work conditioning. Schedule: We are open to part-time or full-time at 32 hours/week
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

- Under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist, optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.
- Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Must be a graduate of an ACOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
- National registration and state COTA licensure or registration REQUIRED
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid state driver’s license
