OMES III Cost Analyst

Intuitive Machines is pleased to help lead the next steps in the history of the OMES contract, with OMES III. We aim to provide the most comprehensive engineering capabilities in core discipline skills (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Quality Inspection, etc.) essential for completion of JPSS and NExIS requirements. This opportunity is based at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, in Greenbelt Maryland. Hybrid may be a possibility based on prior approval.
The team is looking for a Cost Analyst to support the OMES III contract for NASA Goddard & Intuitive Machines specifically.
Main Responsibilities
- Focused support: Subcontractor invoice/accrual/funding tracking, review, approval and processing. NF533M/Q development and review.
- Other potential responsibilities include: set up, establish and maintain account and reporting information for task orders in TOMS
- Review subcontractor invoices, monitor costs, analyze variances, prepare 533 reports, assist with generating ad-hoc financial reports, monitor subcontractor time entries, accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing services using Costpoint and/or DCAA approved Acumatica accounting system for the STS team.
Secondary Responsibilities.
- Below description is related to the Property Administrator position that is bid part-time
- Stretch support: Responsibilities include: property and inventory management; Operate hardware storage warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inspection tasks; establish inventory records, tracking and management tasks as specified by the contract FAR clauses and GSFC NPRs; assist operations for bonded temperature/humidity-controlled hardware storage facility for Government and contractor property with ability to remove items when required; Annual inventories including required processes for notifications, results communication, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Use Radio Frequency ID (RFID) technology as specified for equipment assets; submit requests for Government property
- Report physical inventory of capital personal property annually and contractor acquired Government property quarterly, and respond to data calls related to contract requirements
- Support property management system audits; prepare and process documentation to excess Government property no longer required in the performance of the contract; perform material stock inventory reviews/reconciliations
Qualifications
- Education: BS in relevant subject (can be substituted by 4 years of relevant experience; relevant experience can include US military service, AmeriCorps, or Peace Corp)
- Years: 5 (9 if no BS)
- Tools (Level): Costpoint (familiar), Cognos (aware), Excel (moderate), SharePoint (familiar), iSite or similar ERP tool (aware) techniques consistent with NASA continuous risk management processes.
- Purchase Request/Purchase Order workflows, Budgeting/Planning development, Forecasting, Variance Analysis
Location
- Candidate to live within 25 minutes of GSFC-GB preferred, further, out to be considered
- Hybrid work environment. Potential for need to meet in-person with customer(s)
