Cosmetic MedSpa Receptionist

Cosmetic medspa is looking for a Spanish speaking receptionist. Duties involve checkin in and checking out of patients, collecting payments, scheduling appointments and taking phone calls. Also, managing patient flow and making confirmation and reminder calls. We are looking for a compassionate, kind, easy going person who will get along with the staff and help engage with patients to deliver an exceptional experience. As time allows, take the opportunity to create social media content.

Plastic surgery, Medspa, Dermatology experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
