The Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly organized and has experience catering to our unique luxury clientele. There is no business like the vacation business and the Inspirato brand of vacation is like no other in our industry. We are building a team of like-minded individuals with a laser focus on Inspirato members.
Job Expectations
The ideal candidate will have excelled as a Personal Vacation Advisor and shown proven personalized member service by building rapport, maintaining consistent and professional communication, both written and over the phone. Ideal candidates have demonstrated that they are customer service focused, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also gain a thorough working knowledge of the Inspirato portfolio and offerings including navigation, destinations, experiences, and merchandise – to successfully pair members with choices that maximize the value. The position acts as a travel consultant and advocate throughout the Member time with Inspirato. This role will serve our Inspirato for Business clientele, both planning and booking their travel, as well as supporting the Inspirato for BusinessCorporate Travel Directors.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Corporate Travel Directors with achieving revenue & retention goals and helping manage member requests and communications
  • Must be a strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal with members, team, and all other stakeholders
  • Leverage portfolio and personal travel knowledge to provide vacation and experience suggestions for members
  • Continued member advocacy throughout the business to ensure member satisfaction
  • Coordinate tasks and goals with Destination Planners, Concierges, vendors, and other teams as needed
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
  • Comfortable selling trips
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and a passion for all things Inspirato
  • Takes initiative around complex member issues and conversations; identifies appropriate resolutions
  • Independently and consistently demonstrates initiative around areas of opportunity within team processes and goals
  • Comfortable conversing with consumer and business contacts
  • Proven ability to address all member objections and independently resolve situations
  • Weekend / Holiday / Early Morning / Evening coverage
Qualifications
  • Must have been in a Member Success role for a minimum of 6 months, or demonstrated excellence in their skill set
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of account management or other relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a travel agent, preference in Corporate Travel
  • Candidates must have experience and confidence working closely with a multitude of affluent clients. In addition, we are seeking:
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, collaborate and influence credibly and effectively – with members, internal teams, management, etc.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on member needs
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    • Proficiency with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Salesforce, Chat applications, etc.) and aptitude to learn new systems
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Prior experience in a selling environment
Compensation - $42,000 - $55,000 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Commission – This position is eligible for the 2023 Sales Commission Plan. Additional details will be as set forth after your initial start date.

Flexible Paid Time Off – This position is eligible for flexible paid time off. At Inspirato, we believe in taking personal responsibility for managing and balancing our individual time off with our workload and results. Instead of accruing or being granted a specific number of days per year, employees have the flexibility to manage their time out of the office.
  • Individuals based in California are eligible for a paid time off policy in which PTO is accrued each pay period.
FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
