Competitive Hourly Pay:

• Earn between $25.00 and $29.42 per hour.
• Your paid overtime AFTER 8 HOURS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all equipment coming in and out of the company.
• Equipment Licensing - Titles, Permits, Registrations, Decals, and generic packets.
• Manage Geotab equipment.
• Manage equipment mileages and reports.
• Work with Maintenance Parts Vendors and Insurance companies.
• Auditing of fuel usage and fuel PINs.
• Payment of Road and Bridge tolls.
• Trouble shoot issues with IT and AP departments.
• Work with California's different departments - CARB and DOORS.
• Doing various shop reports.
• Keep up parts catalog and work with national account vendors.
• Create systematic procedures for the shop and all their administration.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Good written, computer and communication skills.
• Possesses self-motivation and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.

Ability to work successfully collaborate with Maintenance Managers to resolve issues.
