Competitive Hourly Pay:
- Earn between $25.00 and $29.42 per hour.
- Your paid overtime AFTER 8 HOURS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all equipment coming in and out of the company.
- Equipment Licensing - Titles, Permits, Registrations, Decals, and generic packets.
- Manage Geotab equipment.
- Manage equipment mileages and reports.
- Work with Maintenance Parts Vendors and Insurance companies.
- Auditing of fuel usage and fuel PINs.
- Payment of Road and Bridge tolls.
- Trouble shoot issues with IT and AP departments.
- Work with California's different departments - CARB and DOORS.
- Doing various shop reports.
- Keep up parts catalog and work with national account vendors.
- Create systematic procedures for the shop and all their administration.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Good written, computer and communication skills.
- Possesses self-motivation and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
Ability to work successfully collaborate with Maintenance Managers to resolve issues.
