A local fishing company with a tenured team is looking for someone to join their office as a Payroll & HR Administrator. This is a full time, direct hire role that offers a competitive benefits package and an excellent view of Lake Union while you work! The Payroll & HR Administrator is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for an organization with 50 employees, as well as assisting with HR administration and AP/AR duties.
You're the ideal candidate for this role if you are a self starter with strong time management and attention to detail!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Payroll & HR Administrator Job Duties:
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll utilizing ADP
- Oversee HR Administration including crew certifications and requirements
- Keep accurate and detailed records
- Assist the controller with AP/ AR duties utilizing QuickBooks
- Administer employee benefits in partnership with 3rd party vendors
Payroll & HR Administrator Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum processing payroll utilizing a 3rd party system (ADP preferred)
- Experience in HR Administration, with knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills, with experience in AP/AR preferred
- High level of organization and time management skills
Pay: $65,000-$72,000/year
