Corporate Security Guard

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security Guard...
In this role, you will:

• Support, monitor and process life safety, robbery, burglary and alarm issues and security processes performed by Security Guards, both Wells Fargo individuals and contract workers
• Work closely with Security Response Center analysts to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written procedures
• Review, prioritize, distribute work to meet deadlines and goals
• Perform moderately complex security, operational and customer support tasks
• Respond and resolve alarm system maintenance needs and security situations that arise in workplace
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions to more experienced staff
• Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts and vendors

Required Qualifications, US:

• 2+ years of Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Valid Security Officer license
• 21+ years of age

Desired Qualifications:

• Armed license for a 9 mm firearm
• Experience with Access Control Systems and CCTV Monitor
• Possess a CPR / First Aid Certification
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Customer service experience

Job Expectations:

• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
• Must have eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
• Must be flexible to rotate shifts every 6 months and/or work different shifts as needed or scheduled

Schedule is Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime.
Shift 1: 4:30 AM-1:00 PM
Shift 2: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Range
$18.00 - $22.84
