Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security Guard...
In this role, you will:
- Support, monitor and process life safety, robbery, burglary and alarm issues and security processes performed by Security Guards, both Wells Fargo individuals and contract workers
- Work closely with Security Response Center analysts to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written procedures
- Review, prioritize, distribute work to meet deadlines and goals
- Perform moderately complex security, operational and customer support tasks
- Respond and resolve alarm system maintenance needs and security situations that arise in workplace
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions to more experienced staff
- Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts and vendors
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Valid Security Officer license
- 21+ years of age
Desired Qualifications:
- Armed license for a 9 mm firearm
- Experience with Access Control Systems and CCTV Monitor
- Possess a CPR / First Aid Certification
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service experience
Job Expectations:
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- Must have eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Must be flexible to rotate shifts every 6 months and/or work different shifts as needed or scheduled
Schedule is Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime.
Shift 1: 4:30 AM-1:00 PM
Shift 2: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Range
$18.00 - $22.84
