- Responsible for recruiting high volume and corporate one off positions.
- Pre-screens resumes and phone screen the highest quality candidates.
- Documents phone screen and make recommendations for interview.
- Make offers to candidates recommended for an offer.
- ATS documentation and compliance with applicant activity and requisition details.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- May negotiate with and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- May determine and implement the most effective methods for sourcing candidates (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, social networking, employment agencies, and job fairs).
- 4+ years' experience as a recruiter (corporate recruiting experience desired)
- Ability to manage high volume full life-cycle recruiting (source, prequalify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers, etc.) on a consistent basis.
- Able to take direction from multiple sources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Key technologies: LinkedIn Recruiter (Required), Indeed sourcing and Workday preferred
