SR. CORPORATE LAW ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Attorney with 5+ years of Corporate law experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel and comprehensive guidance to clients within the realms of CORPORATE LAW, specifically targeting government contractors and commercial entities.
• Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of matters including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, compliance issues, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and develop innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various business documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies, intellectual property concerns, employment matters, and effective dispute resolution tactics.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering timely and effective legal solutions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in Corporate law, preferably within a respected law firm or relevant legal environment.
• In-depth familiarity with government contracting regulations, commercial transactions, and corporate governance principles.
• Proven ability to handle complex business transactions and provide strategic advice to clients in a variety of legal contexts.
• Strong analytical acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor junior attorneys and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
