- Paralegal support for corporate governance, litigation and contract management.
- Responsible for electronic file maintenance, including opening of matters and uploading documents into matter management and contract management systems.
- Manage and process all legal invoicing for the Legal Department.
- Manage, track and handling of subpoenas served upon the company.
- Responsible for discovery/document review and collection for warranty and product liability matters.
- Establish, manage and maintain strong collaborative relationships with a variety of corporate clients in different areas of the company, including human resources, sales, manufacturing, and marketing.
- Develop a thorough understanding of and familiarity with the company’s business in order to support legal department and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from ABA certified program
- Minimum 3 years of law firm or in-house experience with litigation, transactional and corporate governance legal experience.
- Google Suite systems skills (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, planning and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key stakeholder groups
- Must possess strong judgment, confidence, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
