Essential Functions & Primary Duties
- Set up filing systems for a large number of documents
- Organize documents by type and category
- Maintain inventory of materials
- Enter legal costs by matter into a database
- Review prior database entries for accuracy
- Manage files related to legal invoices, subpoenas, settlements, and stock issuances and restrictions for 2023-2024
- Assist with other projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently studying political science, pre-law, business or a similar program
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Interest in the Financial, benefits, and Insurance Industry
Minimum Qualifications
- You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No experience is required
