POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator works under the supervision of the Corporate Payroll/HR Supervisor and is a member of the Human Resources team for the company. In this position, the Recruiting Administrator will be focused on recruiting, new hire processing and onboarding, and employee retention and relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Job Position Duties:
Works with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews, procure space and collect interviewer feedback for direct hires, temp to perm candidates and conversion candidates.
Write job descriptions and post them online through HRIS Database and/or job boards.
Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education.
Informing applicants about position detail, including working conditions, benefits, and duties
Partners with recruiting team and agencies, contractors, and/or internet website representatives while conducting employment advertising campaigns including scheduling and attending job fairs.
Contacts references and scheduling pre-employment screening for applicants.
Assists the HR team with onboarding and training for new hires.
Keeping process paperwork and employment records in accordance with company policies and HR system in a timely manner
Produce and submit daily reports on general HR activity.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agenda for HR team.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the HR department.
Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.

Attend Job Fairs across the corporation and travel when needed.
Work with the HR team on internal and external job postings.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Experience with fast paced growth companies led by an entrepreneur.
Travel to various worksite locations.
Assist Human Resources Manager to develop and lead new employee orientations and on-boarding.
Assist Human Resources Manager, CEO and COO to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate personnel training activities.
Assist Human Resources Manager with monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting and hiring reporting requirements.
Maintaining necessary reporting and other information required to support recruiting metrics as well as records on recruiting activities, as required including maintaining an Applicant Tracking System.
Addition duties as may be requested by the Human Resources Manager.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Must be willing to sit at a desk in front of a computer for 8+ hours a day.
Must have good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience and Education:
2 Years Experience
Associate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience is preferred.
