Corporate Engineer - Systems & It Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Corporate Engineer to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in automating and enhancing processes for departments such as HR, Finance, and Legal. Your focus will be on creating a seamless experience for employees and maintaining compliance across our technological infrastructure.

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for internal employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT support and access.
• Help with the deployment and customization of laptops and mobile devices for internal employees.
• Assist in applying patches and updates to employee devices to maintain compliance.
• Support server backups and routine maintenance to uphold data integrity.
• Develop robust integrations to enhance inter-departmental workflows.
• Automate manual tasks to increase efficiency in finance, legal, and HR departments.
• Streamline operations through advanced technological solutions.

• Knowledge and experience with Mac systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for technology.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on projects.
• Proficient in Python, or other coding languages. 
• 5-8 years of experience. No college degree required; we value skills and passion over formal education.

Additional Information: Minimum Salary of $135,000 - $155,000 + equity + benefits.
