Corporate Development Analyst

We serve clients ranging from real estate developers, governments, and food and beverage and industrial manufacturers and we're GROWING!

We're seeking a Corporate Development Analyst (CDA) who will support and facilitate planned transformative inorganic growth at Integrated Water Services (IWS). You will play a key role in the origination, evaluation and consummation of mergers and acquisition (“M&A”) activity throughout the M&A lifecycle at IWS.

As a Corporate Development Analyst you will:

• Participate in all phases of the investment opportunity pipeline including deal origination, business case creation, due diligence, valuation, integration and value creation.
• Support the development of financial models and Board of Directors Investment Committee materials.
• Support all M&A activities across multiple transactions progressing in parallel through IWS’ M&A stage-gate process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, basic accounting standards, financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”) and general business acumen across all corporate disciplines.
• 2 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, Corporate Development, transaction advisory, or M&A experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend and handle large volumes of data, synthesize data into meaningful analyses, and summarize key facts and conclusions into a concise and persuasive manner

Base Salary: $75k-125k*

  The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
