Corporate Counsel Attorney - 3 - 5 Years Experience

Berding & Weil is seeking a 3-5 year transactional associate for our corporate real estate practice in our Walnut Creek office. We believe in building our associates and helping grow their practice from day one. The right candidate will work directly with clients, have a Partner who helps mentor and develop the candidate, and will be given the platform to build a book of business in our dynamic and growing firm.

Our ideal candidate will be coachable, easy going, and have a quick wit. We are also looking for a candidate to have exceptional writing and analytic skills, be organized, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to keep a level head under pressure. Prior experience representing common interest developments is a plus, but not required.
