Corporate Contract Manager

Immediate opportunity for individual with 10+ years of experience in contract reviewing to including drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution. Knowledge of fixed price contracts within the fabrication or construction industries would be ideal. Must be able to create and execute a vision and have the ability to work within larger organizational objectives. Paralegal knowledge is a plus.

This position will serve as point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Provide redlined recommendations and negotiate directly with customer attorneys or purchasing staff. Maintain contractual records and documentation. Provide guidance on contract matters to Project Managers or other operational staff. Develop & implement procedures for contract management in compliance with company policy.
