Concierge Job Responsibilities:
- Contacts clients and provides outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Assists clients and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Knows all essential aspects of agency operations.
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all clients and team members.
- Supports agency partners and clients delivering communication to managers, producers and clients on a daily basis.
- Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks.
- Facilitates correspondence with clients daily and routinely on a scheduled basis
- Works collaboratively with any agency team members and utilizes resources necessary to support client meetings.
- Makes entries and task requirements in Agency Management software.
- Partners and supports the Leavitt Great West Claims Advocate
- Maintains open active claim monitoring and reports
- Performs claims administrative tasks for Agency team as assigned.
- Assists clients with open claims management and cost containment efforts
- Administers, coordinates, and executes various Leavitt Captive as well as Agency meetings and destinations
- Assists in scheduling and coordinating agency travel needs for management team.

Concierge Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional phone skills
- Ability to work independently with high efficiency
- Ability to obtain insurance license
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with all clients and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to organize and prioritize client needs and delegate required responses.
- Strong ability to schedule and manage multiple calendars
- Competent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong follow through skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or hospitality preferred
- 3 to 5 years of hospitality and concierge experience preferred
- Insurance brokerage experience preferred
- Working knowledge of office software, point-of-sale and phone systems
