Job Title: Brand Model for Corporate Conglomerate

We are looking for a talented and confident female model to represent our Corporate Brand. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in front of the camera and possess excellent modeling skills. You will be responsible for representing our brand at various events, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in glamour and beauty photography sessions as a brand representative
• Limited boudoir exposure, except when external product placement is required
• Work closely with our creative team to develop branding concepts and photo shoot themes
• Represent our brand at various events, tradeshows, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a positive and professional image at all times
• Act as a liaison between our brand and external parties, such as photographers and event coordinators
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging social media content
• Attend training sessions and stay up to date with the latest modeling trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Female only
• Strong modeling skills, with the ability to pose for glamour and beauty shots
• Comfortable with boudoir photography sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel for photo shoots and events
• At least 2 years of experience as a model or brand ambassador
• A portfolio showcasing previous modeling work

Compensation Plan

• Hourly
• Basic and flexible paid-time off

• End of the year incentive trips to beach for meeting sales goals (all employees travel together, regardless of what subsidiary they work for).

Compensation Scale:

RHG, Inc offers a competitive sliding scale compensation package for our Corporate Brand Model role, based on the candidate's level of experience and performance. The scale starts at $20/hr and increases bi-annually over a 5-year period, with the potential for promotions into the next pay bracket every 6 months.

• Year 1: Starting wage: $20/hr
• Year 2: 1st promotion after 6 months: $40/hr..............2nd promotion after 12 months: $60/hr
• Year 3: 1st promotion after 18 months: $80/hr..........2nd promotion after 24 months: $100/hr
• Year 4: 1st promotion after 30 months: $120/hr........2nd promotion after 36 months: $140/hr
• Year 5: 1st promotion after 42 months: $160/hr........2nd promotion after 48 months: $180/hr

After 5 years of service, our Corporate Brand Model can potentially earn up to $200/hr.

Please note that these wages are subject to change based on performance and experience. We are committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package for all of our employees.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $200.00/hour.
