Housekeeper - 15 Per Hour

The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeper to ensure an amazing resident experience at one of our Active Adult 55+ communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community for our residents and make a strong impact. This position is located at our Sage Cobblestone Community in
Norman, OK 73072.
What You'll Do...

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all common areas including the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, vacant apartment homes, exterior lights on a daily basis or as directed
• Assist in the make-ready process; ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
• Cleaning duties may include, but are not limited to: sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors; vacuuming carpets, rugs, draperies; dusting/polishing fixtures and fittings; cleaning metal fixtures and fittings; dispose of trash in a sanitary manner; washing windows; breaking down boxes; watering plans
• Develop strong personal relationships with residents and team
• Monitor and maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Must be well groomed and willing to wear a uniform
• Must possess strong communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays when required
• Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently; Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
