KB Financial a OneDigital Company (“KB Financial”) is seeking an Analyst to join its dynamic Corporate Advisory Group to drive client and corporate development capture. Corporate Advisory provides Mergers & Acquisition and Corporate Advisory services to private business owners and their families. Corporate Advisory specializes in consumer products, healthcare, transportation and logistics, as well as industrial & niche manufacturing industries.

This individual will have an opportunity to build a broad array of skills and will have a diverse set of responsibilities, supporting KB Corporate Advisory engagements, working with our KB Family Office & KB Wealth teams, as well as have access to accounting, financial modeling, and valuation courses and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare Excel-based financial models and valuations; prepare PowerPoint client presentations, marketing materials, and management presentations for clients; create and maintain Data Rooms; interact with clients, their management teams, and advisors.
Integrate KB Corporate Finance opportunities with KB Wealth & KB Family Office to develop adjacent opportunities for the firm’s core service offerings.

Qualifications, Skills, and Responsibilities:

Confident, outgoing personality.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity. Teamwork essential.
1-3 years of relevant work experience (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Family Office, or Corporate M&A).
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
Attention to detail, organized.
Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $44,000 to $50,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
