Responsibilities include:
- · General ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- · Financial statement preparation
- · Establishing and maintaining internal controls
- · Assisting with external audit engagements
- · Backup for payroll functions
- Knowledge of SOX reporting preferred
- Able to work independently and part of a team
Associates degree in accounting, finance or relevant field is necessary.
Skill(s):
· Proven experience as corp. accountant or similar position;
· Experience with payroll processing and related tax filings;
Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
