As a Copywriter, you'll be responsible for writing website copy for all WhiskerCloud customers. Our customers vary in size and technology experience, so we are looking for motivated people who possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a strong attention to detail.

- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various sections of our customers' websites, including landing pages, about us pages, and more
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audience needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Enhance website copy for SEO purposes to boost search engine visibility and drive higher volumes of organic traffic
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality content within specified timelines
- Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines
- Work closely with Web Designers and QA Specialists to ensure that copy integrates seamlessly with website design and functionality
- Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to streamline topic generation, brainstorming, page structuring, and research for increased efficiency
About You:
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role
- A researcher with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into clear and strategic content; you are a storyteller at heart
- Expert ability to foster strong relationships cross-functionally
- Self-starter and team player willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Possess the ability to think strategically
- Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
