This user experience role creates quality, high-performing content to enable innovative, cohesive, and compliant digital experiences that serve the needs of our members, member service representatives and business partners.
This role independently leverages human-centered design, user testing, content design principles, omnichannel content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines and brand and style guidelines to create content and execute holistic digital content experiences to help solve member problems and achieve business goals.
· User experience writing or content design (2 years minimum)
· Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (2 years minimum)
· Familiar with working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences (2 years minimum)
· Microsoft office, Figma and SEM rush
Microsoft word is used to create the messaging and then transferred into Figma for layout. SEM rush is used for keyword research.
The core duty of this job is to do user experience writing for website, the mobile app, email, text messages and push notifications. The writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content. They must be able to do strategic thinking, collaborate with subject matter experts and handle working in a very fast-paced environment. Writers are expected to finish projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity.
In addition to the job skills listed above, all candidates will need to submit a portfolio of UX writing work. UX experience writing certificate is a plus. Experience and interest in financial services is a plus.
