IRMI is seeking an individual who will be responsible for copyediting and coordinating production of content including product updates, articles and reports, books, continuing education courses, emails, newsletters, press releases, presentations, and handouts. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for grammar, style, punctuation, and detail are essential to this position. We seek a technology-savvy candidate who can actively pursue excellence and enthusiasm in a deadline-oriented team environment. Responsibilities:

• Proofread/copyedit material for several departments
• Ensure company work product is appropriately copyrighted and screened for plagiarism as needed
• Work with other departments to prepare drafts of email newsletters
• Upload metadata, images, and articles to content management system (CMS) for publishing
• Prepare exhibits, glossaries, links

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in English, journalism, or other related field
• Excellent written communication skills
• 2+ years experience copyediting/proofreading
• Must be proficient in Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint
• Experience with CMS (content management system) is a plus
