ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining University Advancement Communications electronic communications primarily via email marketing and other web platforms. This position is responsible for all email marketing including alumni association, annual giving, parent and family council, FSU tags and advancement.
Manages all mass e-communication and distributes email campaigns for the division of University Advancement; responsible for content, working collaborative across multiple departments and priorities.
Supports marketing and promotional efforts for special events, alumni programs and affinity partnerships via electronic communications and inclusion on the association's website(s). Develops project budgets and manages projects as necessary. Identifies areas of synergy to balance strategy with volume of e-communication.
Develops and implements strategies for best online communications practices; works with University Advancement staff to build integrated and strategic online relationships with external audiences. Leads web projects by communicating project requirements, priorities and schedules to all involved parties.
Assists in the development of reports that provide data and insight to behavior in order to evaluate all communications and services; provides analytics, usage and marketing reports on all aspects of the division’s online communications. Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
- Florida or Georgia Driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
