The IFS Program Coordinator reports to the IFS Communications Manager and is responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the Inflight Services programs.
All About The Role
- Review and categorize customer survey comments for referral to appropriate recognition programs or management consideration.
- Coordinate preparations, collateral, food / beverage, and logistics for engagement events, such as focus groups, forums, IFS leadership base visits, First Class Flight Attendant celebration, Runway Ready photoshoots, etc.
- Support managers of SAFA programs to ensure program consistency system wide. This includes providing guidance on SAFA pay, schedules, and travel.
- Assist managers of SAFAs throughout the SAFA hiring process.
- Track and monitor SAFA utilization and staffing.
- Manage procurement and distribution of IFS logo branded items and apparel for employee recognition and event promotional merchandise.
- Be the liaison for IFS events and items of interest with Corporate Communications for internal and/or external publication.
- Select and coordinate charity/volunteer opportunities for Flight Attendants.
- Support the management and upkeep of Mission Control permissions.
- Provide support to the Headquarters IFS team, including handling mail, shipping and receiving, maintaining office supplies, and copy machine support.
- Assist with the maintenance of company documents published to the SkyPro.
- Can involve long periods of sitting.
- Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines.
- Position is located at Headquarters in MSP.
- Can work on the aircraft, classroom, base and office environment.
All About You
- Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines within given time parameters.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office software.
