Position Summary: The Coordinator, Impact and Engagement will bring subject matter research, day-to-day execution support, and impact partner mapping and management to select campaigns. Responsibilities include early impact research, campaign partnership identification, tracking and management, campaign analysis, and cross-functional coordination. In addition, the Coordinator, Impact and Engagement must have a passion for film, television, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the campaign team, identifies early impact opportunities for film and TV campaigns by conducting research and issue / key player mapping during campaign discovery phase
- Supports C&E partnership activities that include donations and sponsorships, impact advisors, cross-title partners, and co-funding relationships, collaborating closely with Director, Partnerships
- Utilizes internal platforms and other available research and analytical tools to improve relationship management and partner engagement
- Supports the development of an impact-specific perspective for select campaigns under the direction of the Campaign Lead and with the Impact team
- In collaboration with campaign team, develops written materials, including campaign plans, memos, and reports to communicate campaign design and updates over time
- Supports cross-functional campaign core team to achieve goals and objectives delivered on time and on budget within scope for campaigns
- Manages initial outreach to and scheduling with potential partners, participates in calls and circulates notes to wider campaign team, drafts and manages revisions of partnership MOU's and other agreement or payment documentation, maintains regular communication on updates, timelines, and progress, to impact campaign partners (NGOs, foundations, external campaign contractors, etc.)
- Works with film studio partners and other key external stakeholders to communicate campaigns plans, maximize opportunities for impact, leverage impact partnerships and coordinate efforts
- Contributes to campaign communications for senior leadership, the wider organization and to external partners via presentations, memos, etc
- Maintains the integrity of the impact-specific campaign work when there is fluidity in objectives
- Collaborates with Director, Campaign Measurement and Evaluation to track and analyze impact-specific campaign outputs.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years' work experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasker
- Experience with Google Slides, Power Point and Keynote
- Proficiency in Asana and Salesforce a plus
Reports to: VP, Impact and Engagement
$64,000 - $66,500 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibilities
