As a Coordinator, Human Resources, you will support the corporate Human Resources department to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact for the HR team, facilitating many different administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
+ Performs administrative functions including generating reports, maintaining employee files, processing changes to employee records in the HRIS, and maintaining HR data, forms, and documents.
+ Creates and distributes monthly reporting requirements such as headcount reports, organizational charts, and other reports as needed.
+ Responds to internal and external HR-related questions and assists as needed.
+ Manages new hire onboarding and offboarding process, including orientations and exit interviews.
+ Coordination of department calendar and project roadmap to ensure initiatives are given the proper time and attention.
+ Ensures compliance in all Federal & State Labor Law Posting requirements on a nationwide level.
+ Processes invoices, ensuring each invoice is properly coded and budgeted for.
+ Leads in the coordination of employee activities such as planning company events (Anniversaries, Retirements, Life Events, Holiday Party, Blood Drive, etc.)
+ Supports Human Resources team by creating email communications, documents, and presentations within brand guidelines.
+ Coordinates Human Resources team meetings, takes meeting notes and follows up on projects and assignments as needed.
+ Supports General Administration team by providing reception coverage (lunch, breaks, PTO, etc.).
+ Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 3+ years Human Resources experience
+ Tech Savvy with strong MS Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Proactive, good organizational and time management skills
+ Outstanding relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Clear and effective oral and written communication
+ Ability to multi-task effectively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to maintain confidential information
Preferred:
+ Knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now
