Job Description
Job description: Interfaces between the Customer and production to ensure work is progressing according to job requirements. Creates accurate and timely Sales orders, Work orders and Quotes using our operating system. Reviews work order costs and establishes invoiced price to the customer. Tracks on time deliveries and monitors customer service impact, complete invoicing timely and accurately. Ensure quality of all L&H parts, products and services, build, update and change Engineering masters. Handles and determines warranties and customer complaints effectively.
Formal Requirements and Certifications of Job -
Required
- Minimum of 5 years prior work experience in large mechanical repair and/or manufacturing environment
- Fluent typing and computer skills, relative to the Microsoft Windows Product Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Performs late job reviews, collect and maintains job data, capable of reviewing and managing W.I.P.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Handles warranty issues and customer complaints effectively
- Embrace L&H safety philosophy and mission vision and value
- Ensures the quality of all L&H parts and services.
- Able to schedule occasional travel.
Preferred
- B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering field from an accredited university
- Experience with customer compliance contracts, fill out and return customer business assessments, Master Service Agreements, and navigate detailed work scopes that include safety, quality, environmental and production.
