Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for our client, an established healthcare provider servicing Adults in an Assisted Living Facility in Brooklyn, NY. Our client is seeking a Coordination Specialist to work in office within the Nursing Department, assisting with Home Health Aides Scheduling, RN Coordination, Compliance, Intake and other duties for an established Assisted Living Facility, located in Brooklyn, NY. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM or 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Excellent salary and benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and more!
Qualifications:
- Must be a great communicator
- Must be highly organized
- Ability to comply with Department of Health Rules and Regulations
- Experience with Home Care Coordination, Scheduling and Compliance knowledge and experience a plus!
- Must be timely, organized and compassionate
- Must communicate well and be a team player
