Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) preferred.
- Completion of certificate courses or some college course work in related field highly preferred.
- 1 year food preparation requires; cooking experirence preferred; in a nursing home or hospital (instiutional setting) preferred.
- Glatt Kosher experience preferres.
- Knowledge of equipment used in food preparation process.
- Ability to communicate, read, write in English.
- Abilitiy to perform routine/repetitive work.
