Responsibilities:
Preparation and Organization:
- Execute basic kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Assist in the preparation of dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
Knife Skills:
- Develop and refine knife skills under the guidance of our experienced chefs.
- Learn proper techniques for cutting, slicing, and dicing various ingredients.
Training and Learning:
- Work closely with the Executive Chefs to absorb culinary knowledge and techniques.
- Receive hands-on training in various cooking methods and styles.
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of ingredients and cuisines.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive working environment.
Safety and Hygiene:
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
Professional Growth:
