Produce pastry and baked goods to the chef’s specifications using a variety of techniques and applications.
Responsibilities: - Produce products in a clean and efficient manner
- Following recipes exactly
- Fill orders and pars as needed
- Proper rotation of products
Physical Tasks
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push a cart
Qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
- Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to communicate effectively
