We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Trailer Operator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys bringing smiles to customers' faces. As a Food Trailer Operator, you'll be the heart and soul of our mobile culinary experience, responsible for running the trailer, preparing food, and ensuring our customers receive the best service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the food trailer independently, including driving to locations, setting up, and breaking down.
• Perform all prep work and cook menu items according to our established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization within the trailer and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the trailer is stocked for service.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing a friendly and enjoyable experience.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in sales.
• Report sales and operational issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and some holidays.
