Looking for a TALENTED FULL-TIME-Cook/Sous Chef to to cover 5 shifts a week. Shifts can vary from day or night depending on operational needs. No late nights and long hours, every other weekend availability. MUST be able to cook from scratch and follow recipes along with NYS sanitation guidelines. Serve-safe not required but is a plus. Potential Sign on Bonus for the right candidate. $$$
