Responsibilities:
- Take charge as the Supervisor of Dining Services when our Director is away.
- Prepare mouthwatering meals based on scheduled menus.
- Avoid waste by sticking to food production and usage schedules.
- Label and store leftovers pronto – no delicious bite left behind!
- Keep things squeaky clean by maintaining equipment and sanitizing work areas.
- Whip up special items, meals, and snacks that will leave taste buds tingling.
- Identify and correct safety hazards because our residents' well-being is a top priority.
- Help keep our supplies stocked and report shortages like the kitchen superhero you are!
