Conversion Optimization Specialist
Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid (3 days in office) OR Fully Remote

About the Role
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing. The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will analyze performance data to optimize landing pages, lead generation forms, cross-channel CTAs, and purchase funnels to increase eCommerce conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze website and digital campaign performance across multiple brands and channels- including e-mail, paid search, and SEO.
- Generate reports and present findings to leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies, including marketing, design, and development.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
- Work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and other senior leaders as a key voice in driving growth

We a looking for someone who is:

- 5+ Years Experience in digital marketing/e-commerce
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and/or Web Analytics required
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills required
- Expertise with testing and optimizing responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Experience in user behavior/research required
- Experience in strategic UX/UI design required
- Experience in A/B testing required
- Ability to work well with both outside vendors and internal team members in a collaborative environment to achieve goals
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required with preference for a degree in marketing and/or statistics
- Proficient with website CMS and CRM interfaces, such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Experienced with Google Tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), SEO Tools (e.g. SEM Rush), HubSpot, and A/B testing tools
- Education / training sector or agency experience a plus
- Ability to work well in a lean and rapidly changing entrepreneurial organization required
