Mission:

The CRO Specialist will develop testing schedules, criteria, documentation, and plans. They will work within the IT Team but also across the organization to keep ePromos websites updated with fresh content and graphics. 


Tasks:

· Perform qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user pain points and uncover conversion blockers across all devices
· Keep a prioritized list of future tests based on effort and impact
· Write detailed test plans ahead of each test, including sample size and duration
· Work with developers and graphic artists to run the tests
· Deliver the results and plan for winners to become part of our code base
· Proactively monitor and remove products/offers that are no longer valid, or are expired
· Review, proof, and edit content to ensure that it is grammatically and technically correct and complies with our content design and style guidelines
· Executes regular audits of all marketing placements and ensures banners are added and replaced as needed
· Work in partnership with stakeholders to define best practices for client eCommerce experience
· Write/update documentation such as SOPs
· Weekly 1:1 with manager
· Semi-weekly team standups
· Platform knowledge education – initial and ongoing
· Other duties as assigned by manager

Skills required:

Education and Experience
· 3-4 years experience with high-volume eCommerce websites, focusing on optimization
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Knowledge, skills, abilities
· Strong skills with A/B and multivariate testing software
· Strong skills in website maintenance
· Strong understanding of reporting tools and report delivery
· Basic knowledge of HTML/ HTML5 is required
· Website content management system (CMS) experience
· JavaScript, API knowledge a plus
· Project management (JIRA knowledge a plus)
· Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
· Understanding of web standards for responsive desktop and mobile design
· Ability to understand technology integration processes and requirements and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Ability to work across departments to achieve desired results
· Positive, team-player attitude, and strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to think strategically and take ownership of projects/initiatives while remaining open to accepting feedback and constructive input
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
· Strong knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
· Ability to work independently or team as required by the task or project
· Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional conduct

· Weekly check-in with the direct Manager
· Ability to successfully complete tasks on time
· Meeting and exceeding individual performance targets as set during check-in/evaluations
· Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
· Effective management of department programs and initiatives
· ePromos policy, procedures, and core values are being followed
