How You Will Contribute

• Manage and mentor the accounting staff.
• Monitor cash flow; perform cash forecasting and manage high risk or delinquent accounts.
• Produce monthly financial and managerial reports, including managing the month end closing process.
• Manage all compliance related reporting.
• Perform all standard cash reconciliations, manage the AR/AP processes; manage month end accounting procedures.
• Assist with annual budgets, strategic plans, and other financial forecast models.
• Coordinate annal audit and tax returns with external CPA firm.
• Partner with leadership to ensure company is meeting performance measures.

Experience and Skills:

About YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• A proven effective communicator and team builder.
• Experience with business management and accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead by example and coach and mentor team members.
